We are TrueID

TrueID was established in 2019 as a B2B AI product line of VNG, a Vietnamese tech giant serving hundreds of millions of users. Since then, TrueID has partnered with more than 30 high-profile enterprise clients across banking, financial services, fintech, and e-commerce sectors to onboard and serve tens of millions of users seamlessly and securely.

Our team comprises of leading professionals in Artificial Intelligence, software, and financial technologies, with diverse educational and working background from Vietnam, US, Europe, and Singapore. 2019

TrueID is established, with the first version of eKYC solution deployed at the leading e-wallet ZaloPay
Introduces TrueID eKYC in a finance forum held by the State Bank of Vietnam and the British Embassy

2020

Launches TrueID Fraud Detection component
Signs partnership with our first clients Viet Capital Bank and ACB to pioneer eKYC application in banking in Vietnam
Invited to discuss about our practical applications of eKYC at the 8th Financial Infrastructure Development Network (FIDN) Conference, co-organized by IFC/World Bank Group

2021

Secures PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 for information security
Launches Video KYC solution with AI technology integrated

2022

Launches a full suite for KYC/AML, with the addition of AML Solution, eKYB, Face/Voice Authentication, and Document OCR product
